March’s Healing Circle theme is focused on releasing imposter syndrome through reframing so that you can live a more fulfilled and confident life 🦋
The circle may start with some really gentle movement, intention setting and journaling. Followed by EFT tapping to release stagnant energy and welcome in positive reprogramming. Finished with a guided meditation & some fine hot tea from a biodynamic & organic farm in Traverse City. So be sure to BYOM (bring your own mug) ☕️
